Paket Lengkap Imbas Beban Kerja Dan Derma Sosial Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Perkebunan Nusantara X Pabrik Gula Lestari Di Nganjuk

Abstract: PT Perkebunan Nusantara X Sugar Factory Lestari is a white sugar production company. The Achieving organizational goals can be supported by good Employ’s Performance. The Factors that may affect Employ’s Performance are Workload and Social Support. The objectives of this research to examine and analyze the effect of Workload and Social Support on Employ`s performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Sugar Lestari`s factory. This type of research is causal and inferential with the method of quantitative approach. The sample in this study amounted to 58 respondents to employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Sugar Lestari`s factory. This research used sampling technique by saturated. Beside that, the statistic’s analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS Version 23 program. The results of this study explain that the workload has negative effect for Employ`s Performance and the Social Support has positive effect for Employ`s Performance. All of the workload and the social support have simultaneously effect for Employ`s Performance.
